In private practice since 1996, Linda McCharles has guided thousands of clients to better health and eating habits through her high-energy and personal approach, fostering lasting lifestyle changes. This approach consistently leads clients to achieving their goals through proper nutrition. As a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic, Linda became a virtual dietitian in March 2020. She continues to practice virtually using a number of different client preferred platforms.
With special expertise in areas of diabetes and cholesterol management, Linda also focuses on hypertension, weight loss or weight gain, IBS, and inflammatory bowel disease. Her approach is not based on what you can’t have; rather it’s a matter of how much you can have. Proper nutrition becomes a lifestyle as opposed to a passing trend, allowing clients to plan and think of their nutrition beforehand, instead of criticizing themselves afterwards.
